By accessing or using RAJSI VASTRAA, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legal contract to use our services.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in INR and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
3. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.
4. Shipping & delivery
Free delivery is offered across India. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on location. Delays caused by carriers or force-majeure events are beyond our control.
5. Returns & refunds
Unstitched fabrics can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, product photos and the RAJSI VASTRAA brand are our property. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
RAJSI VASTRAA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
