Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

Exchange or return is accepted within 3 days of delivery, and only if the fabric is:
  • Damaged or defective on arrival
  • Materially different from what was ordered
We do not accept returns for correctly described fabric due to slight colour variation between on-screen rendering and the actual product — natural and handcrafted fabrics have minor variation, which is part of their character.

2. How to raise a request

To be eligible, please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery via:

Include your order number, the affected meters, and a short description.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Sale / clearance stock (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Quantities cut beyond the ordered length

4. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned shipment in original condition. Alternatively, the customer can choose store credit, which is issued instantly.

5. Bulk order minimums

Our tiered wholesale pricing applies once an order crosses 6 meters per product. Minimum overall order value for wholesale buyers: ₹999.

Custom large-volume buyers (50m+ per design) can request additional rate cards on WhatsApp.

6. Shipping & delivery terms

  • Free delivery across India — no minimum order value
  • COD available on most pin codes (verified at checkout)
  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days via Shiprocket partners
  • Return shipping for eligible damaged/defective fabric is borne by Rajsi Vastraa; for all other approved returns it is borne by the customer.
